On Friday, November 28th, Santa Claus himself will arrive at Shelter Cove Harbour — via a firetruck — at 12 noon. Santa will stay until 2:30 p.m., for children to share their Christmas wish list and snap a pic with Old Saint Nick at the iconic Neptune Statue.
There will be a variety of holiday activities for both children and adults. Kids will enjoy (at an additional cost) jumping in the Christmas-themed bounce houses, ride a train around the promenade (adults allowed to ride too) or just stroll through the area’s many unique stores and boutiques while enjoying holiday music.
In addition, the first 300 kids in line to see Santa will receive a gingerbread cookie to take home and decorate. Cookies are created by Hilton Head Social Bakery and sponsored by all of the merchants at Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina.
The event is free to attend, but please bring a new, unwrapped toy or canned items for the Deep Well Project.

Schedule for Friday, November 28:
- 11:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Holiday music, bounce houses & train rides around the marina
- 12:00 noon – 2:30 p.m. Santa arrives at noon aboard a fire truck. Take photos at Neptune’s statue until 2:30 p.m.
